Survive & Save Programme
The Survive & Save programme is the RLSS UK lifesaving award scheme for anyone aged 12 years and over. The awards are challenging but fun to complete and are arranged into Bronze, Silver and Gold levels to ensure that participants get the opportunity to develop their lifesaving skills as they progress through the awards.

Silver Medallion
The Silver Medallion is the second award that our candidates take.
The Silver Medallion progresses on from the Bronze Medallion, utilising skills learnt and then developed even further.
During the Silver Medallion, candidates learn theory ranging from Inland to Open Water rescues.

Gold Medallion
The Gold Medallion is the second highest award ( Distinction being highest ), that our Candidates take.
During the Gold award, candidates must use all their knowledge from their Bronze and Silver to support their theory as well as rescues in Gold. Some candidates who stay after gold, sometimes become assistant coaches!

What are the prerequisites to join Survive & Save?
> Aged 12+
> Can swim 25m competently

Does my child get any awards for doing Survive & Save?
The Survive & Save Programme allows candidates to earn their Medallions - Which provides a Certificate and a Medal.
When do you run the Survive & Save Programme?
We run two sesions for the Survive & Save Programme;
Wednesday 18:30-20:30 - Maindy Centre
Friday 18:30-20:30 - Star Hub
My child is younger than 12, can they join Survive & Save?
The Survive & Save Programme is open to children 12+. Children under 12, are invited to our Rookie Programme ( 8-12 )
How much is the Survive & Save Programme?
£35.00 Per Month / Direct Debit, which includes;
> Access to their session
> Free access to the pool & Gym
How do I set my child up for the Survive & Save Programme?

They will then invite you in for a FREE Trial Session! - Then help set you up.
